Salt

January 5, 2015

Swimming in the Dead Sea! The water pushes your legs right up to the surface of the water, almost like you’re resting on something bouncy. I loved the mud masque! Warm enough to swim, even in early December.

wow!! one of my favorite recent posts of yours πŸ™‚ where did you get the mud? does the salt in the water dry out your skin?

actually a guy stands by the beach all day with a big bucket of mud, really to rub it on the tourists haha! i have no idea where he gets the mud.. i hope it’s from a magical river bank or something… tried not to think about that haha. it was a teensy bit cold so i couldn’t stay in the water that long– 15 minutes max, so it didn’t seem to dry out my skin…
