A charm invests a face –

March 13, 2013

– by Emily Dickinson

a charm invests a face

imperfectly beheld

the Lady dare not lift her Veil

For fear it be dispelled

but peers beyond her mesh

and wishes and denies

lest interview annul a want

that image satisfies

This is so beautiful! I love the idea of the curtain as the mesh, and the repetition of the grid lines in each picture. The slow change from light to dark in the photos is a neat way to capture the poem.

I love how you combined the beauty of the poetry with the beauty of the pictures. Gorgeous!
