Kony 2012

I was in Zagreb just before new year’s and was surprised to come across Kony 2012 graffiti. It reminded me of a photo I took this summer in Mostar of similar graffiti.
The Balkan countries are still very occupied with the fallout of their own conflict in the early 90s, so the solidarity behind this graffiti is heartwarming. Maybe it’s a good sign for 2013.
