A monument in time

Browsing community facebook pages (Bratunacke price and Bratunac.doc), I came across these photos. It’s interesting to see the town change over time. The WWII monument is a classic centerpiece for so many Bosnian towns; there was such a big investment in public art in the former Yugoslavia.

Do you have any idea what years these pictures were taken?
No, I am not sure! The first photo looks 80s to me and the bottom photo earlier, maybe 60s, but I don’t have any concrete information.
